INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- ½ tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 cup ice cubes

STEPS
Trim cauliflower into florets. Peel and mince garlic, then chop cilantro.
Boil 2 cups of water in a pot for 2 minutes. Add the cauliflower and 1 tsp of salt, then cook for 3 minutes.
Put ice cubes in a bowl, then add the boiled cauliflower to stop the cooking process.
Drain the cauliflower in a colander.
Heat unsalted butter in a skillet. Stir in garlic with a wooden spoon. Add cauliflower, give it a stir, and cook for 4 minutes.
Combine hot sauce, cilantro, and cajun seasoning in a large bowl with a spoon. Transfer cooked cauliflower to the bowl and mix.
