INGREDIENTS
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 ounce goat cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- ¾ oz parsley

- 1 aluminum foil
- 1 oven

STEPS
Grate parmesan cheese with a grater.
Peel garlic, then chop parsley.
Place garlic cloves on a sheet of aluminium foil and drizzle with olive oil.
Wrap garlic cloves with the aluminium foil.
Preheat the oven to 400°F for 12-15 minutes and put the foil in the oven.
Cook for 45 minutes to get roasted garlic.
Unwrap the aluminium foil and let the cloves cool.
Mince the roasted garlic.
Mash minced garlic in a bowl. Stir in cream cheese, parmesan cheese, goat cheese, salt, black pepper, and whole milk to get a smooth garlic spread. Garnish the spread with chopped parsley.
