INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plums
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 jar
  • 1 jar’s lid
  • 1 food chopper
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 wooden spoon

STEPS

Rinse plums with water.


Cut the plums in half.


Pit the plums.


Chop the plums with a food chopper and blitz to get chopped plums.


Heat a saucepan and transfer chopped plums to it. Add granulated sugar and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5 minutes to get a plums mixture.


Transfer the plums mixture to a jar and cover it with a lid.


It’s ready to be served !
