INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- ¼ head lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1 slice vegan cheese
- 1 handful pickles
- ¼ Ib meatless burgers patties
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 burger buns
- 2 tbsp plant-based butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 bowl
- 1 griddle pan
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Shred lettuce. Then slice the tomato, pickles, and onion.
Heat plant-based butter in a saucepan for 3 minutes to get melted plant-based butter.
Put ketchup and molasses in a bowl. Stir in vegan mayonnaise and pickle relish with a spoon to get a secret sauce.
Add melted plant-based butter in a griddle pan. Add burger buns and cook for 4 minutes to get melted whole grain buns. In the same griddle pan, clean the surface with a towel. Put vegetable oil, then add meatless burgers patties, salt, and black pepper. Cook the burger for 4 minutes.
Flip the meatless burger patties with a spoon.
Cook for 4 minutes, then add a slice of vegan cheese to each burger. Continue cooking to get melted cheese on meatless burger patties.
Spread the secret sauce to the melted whole grain buns on each side.
Place the melted buns on a serving platter and top with shredded lettuce. Add tomatoes, onions, and meatless burger patties with melted cheese. Finally, garnish with sliced pickles.
