INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz butter
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 pears
- ½ cup walnuts
- 4 oz arugula
- 5 oz blue cheese
TOOLS
- 1 apple’s cutter
- 1 knife
- 1 frying pan
- 1 serving plate
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Cut the blue cheese into slices.
Cut the core out of the pears using an apple cutter.
Slice the pear pieces.
Put the butter in a frying pan and heat it. Add white vinegar and palm sugar to the frying pan and stir with a wooden spoon for two minutes. Then add walnuts and pear slices and stir again with a wooden spoon. Cook for six minutes until you have cooked pears and some juice in your pan, then turn off the heat.
Place the arugula on a serving plate. Add the cooked pears and walnuts to the top of the salad and pour the juice over it. Top with sliced blue cheese.
It’s ready to be served !
