INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups white bread flour
- ½ tsp active dry yeast
- ½ tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ oz cooking spray

- 1 plastic wrap
- 1 towel
- 1 lid
STEPS
Spray a plastic bowl with cooking spray. Add white bread flour, active dry yeast, granulated sugar, and salt in the bowl. Add 1.7 cups of water to the bowl and mix. Cover with a plastic wrap and a towel, then set it aside for 18 hours to get a dough. Next, remove the towel and plastic wrap from the bowl.
Knead the dough for 2 minutes.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a towel again, then set it aside for 120 minutes. Remove the towel and plastic wrap to get a ready dough.
Preheat the oven to 450 for 12-15 minutes. Cover a pot with a lid and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Take the pot out of the oven.
Remove the lid from the pot and add in the ready dough. Cover with a lid and put it in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes, then take it out and remove the lid. Next, put it back in the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove the baked bread from the pot.
It’s ready to be served !
