INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup soy flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter

- 2 bowls
- 1 waffle iron
- 1 whisk
STEPS
Put the soy flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon to get a dry mixture.
Crack the egg into a second bowl. Add the whole milk and butter and whisk for 2 minutes to get an egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture into the dry mixture and whisk for 2 minutes to get a batter.
Preheat the waffle iron for 10 minutes. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and bake for 5 minutes. Remove the cooked waffle from the waffle iron and turn off the heat.
