INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tsp dried dill
- 4 cucumbers
- 1 sweet onion

STEPS
Slice cucumbers and chop sweet onions.
Combine sour cream, granulated sugar, white vinegar, dried dill, 1 tsp of salt, and half a tsp of black pepper in a bowl with a whisk.
Put cucumber slices and onion in a bowl. Stir in the sour cream mixture and cover the bowl with cling film, then set it aside for 60 minutes before serving.
