INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 scallions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp crystallized ginger
- 3 cups jasmine rice
TOOLS

- 1 wok
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 lid
- 1 saucepan
- 4 bowls
STEPS
Slice garlic cloves, then chop scallions and crystallized ginger.
Heat 3.5 cups of water in a saucepan. Boil the water for 2 minutes, add jasmine rice and cover it saucepan with a lid. Cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and take off the lid.
Heat sesame oil in a wok. Stir in scallions and garlic with a wooden spoon, then turn off the heat to get a garlic-scallion mixture.
Combine garlic-scallion mixture, a quarter tsp of salt, and ginger to the saucepan. Stir once, then transfer ginger rice to a bowl.
