INGREDIENTS
- 6 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 8 red potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

STEPS
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then remove from the heat.
Grate the parmesan cheese with a grater.
Cut the red potatoes in half lengthwise.
Dry the red potato halves with a paper towel to remove any moisture.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Put the dried red potato halves, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir with a spoon to coat evenly.
Preheat the oven to 375°F for 16 minutes.
Transfer the coated potatoes to the baking dish. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese and place in a hot oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove from the oven.
Transfer to a serving plate.
