INGREDIENTS
- 4½ tsp coriander
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp whole black peppercorn
- ½ tsp red bell peppers
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 1 half inch cinnamon stick
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 roasting tin
- 1 mortar
- 1 food processor
- 1 container
- 1 container lid
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Chop red bell peppers.
Lay chopped red bell peppers in a roasting tin and drizzle with olive oil. Put it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Crush roasted red bell peppers with a mortar.
Combine coriander, turmeric, cumin seeds, whole black peppercorn, crushed red pepper flakes, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ground ginger in a food processor. Blitz to get a curry powder.
Transfer the curry powder to a container and cover it with a lid.
It’s ready to be served !
