INGREDIENTS
- 1½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup molasses
- 1½ tbsp canola oil
- 1½ cups bread flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1½ tbsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp yeast
TOOLS
- 1 bread machine
- 1 oven
- 1 pan
STEPS
Put molasses, canola oil, bread flour, rye flour, all purpose flour in a bread machine. Add salt, cocoa powder, caraway seeds, yeast and 1.125 cups of water (warm) to the bread machine.
Turn on the bread machine (light crust) for 3 hours to get a dough. Then turn off the bread machine.
Put the dough in a pan. Let rest for 30 minutes to allow the dough to rise.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 17 minutes.
Place the pan in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the pan from the oven.
