INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb frozen edamame
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
TOOLS
- 1 oven toaster
- 1 toaster tray
- 1 grater
- 1 knife
- 1 large pot
- 1 colander
- 1 bowl
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Preheat a toaster for 2 minutes.
Toast sesame seeds in a toaster tray for 5 minutes.
Take the toasted sesame seeds out of the toaster.
Shred ginger with a grater.
Peel and mince garlic.
Heat 8 cups of water in a large pot. Boil for 3 minutes, then add frozen edamame and cook for 6 minutes.
Rinse cooked edamame with cold water.
Drain the edamame in a colander.
Combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, edamame, sesame seeds, and salt in a bowl with a spoon.
