INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp lemons
- 7½ tbsp soy milk
- ½ tsp dried chives
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- An eighth tsp salt
- An eighth tsp black pepper

STEPS
Squeeze lemons with a squeezer.
Put lemon juice and soymilk in a bowl. Whisk the mixture and set it aside for 10 minutes to get lemon soymilk. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, dried chives, dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Transfer the lemon soymilk to the other bowl and whisk. Cover it using cling film and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
