INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 15 ounces beets
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ½ cup vinaigrette

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 peeler
  • 1 plate

STEPS

Chop the lettuce and spinach.


Peel the beets with a peeler, then dice them.


Dice the feta cheese and chop the walnuts.


Place the chopped lettuce on a plate. Add the chopped spinach and diced beets. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and diced feta cheese. Then drizzle with the vinaigrette.
