INGREDIENTS
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- half tsp chili powder
- half tsp onion powder

- 1 cookie sheet
- 1 parchment paper
- 1 bowl
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Peel sweet potatoes and cut them lengthwise into 1/3-inch strips.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine olive oil, ground cumin, chili powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Stir in sweet potato strips with a spoon.
Transfer the sweet potato strips to the cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
