INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp butter
- half cup dry white wine
- 1.5 tsp yellow mustard
- a third cup gruyere cheese
- 4 eggs
- half cup croutons
- 1 tbsp chives
- three quarters tsp salt

- 1 knife
- 1 mixing whisk
- 1 bowl
- 1 skillet
- 1 spoon
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Grate the gruyere cheese with a grater.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a mixing whisk.
Chop the chives.
Place the butter in a skillet and turn on the heat. Cook for one minute to melt the butter, then add the chopped chives, yellow mustard, grated gruyere cheese, and dry white wine. Stir with a spoon until evenly mixed.
Add the beaten eggs to the skillet, then sprinkle with salt. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with the croutons.
