INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1.5 tsp yellow mustard
- half tsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

- 1 whisk
- 1 bowl
- 1 platter
- 1 skillet
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the brussels sprouts in half.
Put the chopped garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, yellow mustard, and ground ginger in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Then add the brussels sprouts halves and mix with a wooden spoon to get marinated brussels sprouts. Set aside for 3 minutes.
Put the marinated brussels sprouts in a skillet over high heat. Cook for 7 minutes. Then stir with a wooden spoon and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Transfer the contents of the skillet to a platter.
It’s ready to be served !
