INGREDIENTS
- half tsp black pepper
- half tsp salt
- a third cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- a quarter cup red onions
- 2 tbsp parsley

STEPS
Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the parsley. Peel and dice the red onions.
Place the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and yellow mustard in a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Then add the cherry tomato halves, chopped red onions, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and stir with a spoon until well combined.
