INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 carrots
- 2 tbsp butter
- a third cup brown sugar

- 1 saucepan
- 1 lid
- 1 colander
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Trim the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
Put 6 cups of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the carrot sticks and salt. Cook for 7 minutes with a lid on. Drain in a colander after removing from the heat. Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Then stir in the brown sugar for 2 minutes with a wooden spoon. Add the drained carrot sticks and cook for 3 minutes while stirring with a wooden spoon. Then remove from the heat.
