INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp ground coffee
- an eighth tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
TOOLS
- 1 ibrik
- 1 spoon
- 1 turkish coffee cup
STEPS
Pour half a cup of cold water into an ibrik and turn on the heat. Add the ground coffee, cardamom, and granulated sugar to the ibrik. Then mix with a spoon. Boil on low heat for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Serve in a turkish coffee cup.
