INGREDIENTS
- a quarter tsp black pepper
- a quarter tsp salt
- 4 slice bread
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- half tsp onion powder
- a quarter tsp garlic powder

- 1 baking sheet
- 1 bowl
- 1 oven
- 1 frying pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Cut bread into cubes.
Melt butter in a frying pan.
Preheat oven to 300°F for 12-15 minutes.
Combine bread cubes and melted butter in a bowl. Add olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to get tossed bread.
Lay the bread on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 20 minutes to roast.
Transfer the croutons to a serving plate.
