INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 quarts uncooked green peanuts
- half cup salt

- 1 crock pot
- 1 crock pot lid
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Rinse the uncooked green peanuts.
Drain the rinsed green peanuts in a colander.
Put the drained green peanuts in a crock pot. Add salt and 10 cups of water and stir with a wooden spoon. Cover the crock pot with its lid. Cook on high for 6 hours, then turn off the crock pot.
