INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp salt
- 14 cups tomatoes
- 3 cups onions
- half cup jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup green bell peppers
- half cup vinegar
- half cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 5 tbsp food thickener
- 5 cloves garlic

STEPS
Chop the tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and green bell peppers. After that, peel and chop the onions.
Peel and mince garlic.
Put tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers, green bell peppers, garlic, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder in a saucepan. Add 3 tbsp of salt and stir the mixture with a spoon.
In a bowl, combine the food thickener and 3.5 tbsp of water. Heat the contents of the bowl in the saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture resembles salsa.
Put equal amounts of tomato salsa in jars, then cover them with lids.
