INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 lbs potatoes
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- half tsp oregano
- a quarter tsp ground cumin

- 1 bowl
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 oven
- 1 foil
- 1 rubber gloves
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 450°F for 12-15 minutes.
Scrub potatoes and pat dry them.
Cut potatoes into fries.
Put oregano, olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add potatoes to the bowl and mix to marinate the potatoes.
Line a baking sheet with foil and transfer marinated potatoes to it. Put the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 35 minutes.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven.
