INGREDIENTS
- a quarter tsp black pepper
- a quarter tsp salt
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 shallots
- 4 oz swiss chard
- half cup feta cheese
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 wok
- 1 lid
- 1 frying pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Trim, peel, and chop shallots, then finely chop swiss chard.
Stir-fry pine nuts for 3 minutes in a frying pan.
Turn the heat off to get toasted pine nuts.
Heat peanut oil in a wok and stir-fry the shallots for 3 minutes.
Add chopped swiss chard to the wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Cover the wok with a lid and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, add feta cheese, and crumble it with a wooden spoon. Stir-fry the mixture for 30 seconds.
Turn the heat off the wok and add toasted pine nuts. Season with salt and black pepper.
Transfer fried swiss chard with cheese to a serving plate.
