INGREDIENTS
- 16 all-butter shortbreads
- 8 marshmallows
- 8 tsp lemon curd
TOOLS
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 oven grill
- 1 parchment
STEPS
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Place 8 all-butter shortbreads on the baking sheet and top with marshmallows.
Preheat the oven grill to 300°F for 10 minutes.
Place the baking sheet in the hot oven grill. Grill until the marshmallow begins to melt. Then turn off the heat and remove the baking sheet from the oven grill.
Put the lemon curd on top of the grilled all-butter shortbreads.
Place the 8 remaining all-butter shortbreads on top (as a sandwich).
