INGREDIENTS
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- a quarter tsp chili powder
- a quarter tsp cayenne pepper
- an eighth tsp garlic salt

STEPS
Peel sweet potatoes using a peeler.
Cut peeled sweet potatoes lengthwise, then slice them into 1-inch fries.
Preheat the oven to 425°F for 12-15 minutes.
Place the sweet potato fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Then, sprinkle with garlic salt, chilli powder, and cayenne pepper.
Mix the sweet potatoes using a spoon, then place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then take it out of the oven. Stir once more and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
