INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 8 vegetarian sausages
- 4 eggs
- 1.4 cups semi-skimmed milk
- 9 oz all purpose flour
TOOLS
- 1 bowl
- 1 oven
- 1 roasting tin
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 whisk
STEPS
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the semi-skimmed milk to the bowl and whisk. Then add salt and all-purpose flour and whisk again to get a batter. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 430°F for 19 minutes.
Place the vegetarian sausages in a roasting tin and drizzle canola oil over them.
Place the roasting tin in the hot oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Stir the batter with a wooden spoon.
Remove the roasting tin from the oven and pour the batter over it. Then put the roasting tin back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Turn the oven temperature down to 355°F and bake for 25 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the roasting tin from the oven.
