INGREDIENTS
- half tsp black pepper
- a quarter tsp salt
- half onions
- 1 avocados
- 2 tbsp lemons
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- half cup pita chips
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 squeezer
- 1 bowl
- 1 spoon
- 1 food processor
STEPS
Peel onions and tomatoes and chop them.
Cut the avocados in half.
Remove stone from avocado and gently peel its skin with a spoon. Finally, chop it into small pieces.
Squeeze lemons using a squeezer.
Put chopped onions in food processor and blitz to get mashed onions.
Transfer mashed onions to a bowl and add chopped tomatoes.
Add chopped avocados, tomatoes and onion with a quarter tsp of salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil into food processor and blitz to reach desired consistency.
Transfer mashed avocados to a bowl and mix using a spoon for a smooth avocado dip.
Serve with pita chips..
